Soula's Storytelling Nights: Revolution

Listen to the stories of professional storytellers and talented newcomers!

Funny, sad, scary, sweet, unbelievable, comforting stories: that's what Soula's Storytelling Nights are all about. Make yourself at home and listen to stories from all over the word!

Join us on Tuesday April 4th (special theme: Revolution!) and listen to experienced storytellers and talented newcomers tell their tales. And if inspiration strikes, audience-members are invited to put their name in a hat. At the end of the night two names will be picked at random and these two lucky birds will get to share their story. True stories about crazy families, horrible dates, myths, folk tales, newly written stories: anything goes as long as the stories are told and not read from paper. The amazing Utrecht artist Reversed will enrich the night with her songs.

Join this new monthly evening at Theater Kikker and let yourself be wrapped in stories!

Soula Notos presents storytellers Margo van de Linde, Emit Negar, and others. There will also be music by Reversed.

Walk-in from 7pm with free tea and baklava.

About Soula Notos

Host of the show is Utrecht based Soula Notos, a Dutch-Greek theatermaker and performer of various styles: storytelling, spoken word, comedy, acting. She performed her solo "Who are you when no one is looking?" at various storytelling festivals (Oslo, Amsterdam, Utrecht, Prague, London) and also at Festival Oerol and Festival Boulevard. She tries to connect, to change, to make people laugh, and to make visible what has stayed invisible. More info: www.soula.nl
