A space to enthusiastically and admirably exercise and practice being human by engaging the Raving body; precariously progressing in all directions. A dynamic meditation; a high intensity interval training; a rave aerobics session where we build and practice the metaphors we want to live by in the future. Building the skills and stamina needed to strengthen the values of intersectional, inclusive rave culture. The things we practice physically become our skills mentally - so let's get moving.
