The personal story is very popular at the moment.
In the past ensembles played large pieces with a lot of players on stage, but nowadays you often see (perhaps partly forced by Covid) a single player who shares his / her story with us.
At the same time, these stories play an important role in the emancipation process of many new Dutch people. Anonymous neighbors turn out to be people with generations of dreams, fears, victories and sorrows.
