SPRING is coming!
From May 14 to 23, Utrecht will once again be the homebase of SPRING Performing Arts Festival. During this ten day festival you will see exceptional theatre, dance, and art by creators from the Netherlands and international. SPRING is a festival that makes you think and brings people together. Come and discover new ways of living together and to recharge.
In this increasingly strange world we look critically at the past, but also to the future with hope. This year we reflect on the pressure to constantly perform better and become physically stronger. At the same time, we explore how we can push our boundaries with new technology and AI. We celebrate that everyone is different and look at the changes in our society. With the theme Extended bodies / Expanded minds, we are open to everything we can achieve together.
A group is always stronger and more powerful together than a person alone. We believe that a community is created through what we share with one another and how we support each other; it is precisely there that space for something new emerges. Together, we can do more than alone. Not by wanting to become ever bigger, but by making room for each other.
